Student transportation services fall into two distinct models: daily contracted routes, which use the same vehicle and driver on a recurring schedule for regular attendance, and chartered trips, which are one-time bookings for field trips, athletics, and events. Daily routes run on semester or annual contracts billed per-day or per-route; charter trips are quoted individually by the hour or day. Most schools and programs need both running side by side, ideally with one provider handling each.
